Features: Currently, the new round of college entrance examination (Gaokao) reform is being systematically implemented, promoted, and carried out under the leadership of the Student Affairs Division, Basic Education Division, and Examination Center of the Ministry of Education. So far, 16 provinces and municipalities have independently organized the exams for Chinese, Mathematics, and English, while comprehensive subjects like Science and Humanities, as well as related courses, are still set by the Ministry of Education’s Examination Center. In fact, the independent () provinces and municipalities still base their questions on the national latest examination syllabus and teaching syllabus. Therefore, all candidates urgently need a comprehensive review book series that reflects the latest examination syllabus and teaching syllabus.
To this end, under the guidance of the Ministry of Education’s Examination Center and relevant provincial education departments’ examination institutes, we have organized the writing of this 2007 Gaokao Comprehensive Review Series as a reference to the latest examination and teaching syllabi, aiming to help students improve their review efficiency and exam performance more quickly and effectively. This series strives to implement new educational concepts, emphasizing the cultivation of abilities and qualities. Based on the latest Examination Syllabus, it focuses on expanding thinking, takes teaching methods as the main thread, and prioritizes ability enhancement. It incorporates the latest achievements in high school teaching and research over recent years, fully reflecting the latest characteristics of educational reform and Gaokao. It adheres to the overall principle of "teaching, learning, practicing, and examining," and also possesses the following features:

It closely grasps the essential knowledge points, key points, and difficult points required in Gaokao for each subject as outlined in the latest examination and teaching syllabi, helping candidates organize key points, explore patterns, summarize methods, and comprehensively enhance their exam-taking abilities.
2. Based on the specific review characteristics of each subject, it creatively designs various knowledge frameworks, thematic sections, and columns to optimize the layout of each subject’s format. This not only facilitates students’ review but also benefits teachers’ guidance.
