Features: Li Shenghong was born in 1955 in Jingzhou, Hubei. He is currently the Deputy Director of the Chinese Calligraphy Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Arts, a member of the Art Creation Committee of the China Calligraphers Association, a national exhibition judge, and a Class 1 National Artist. His works have been selected multiple times for the National Calligraphy and Seal Carving Exhibition, the National and International Calligraphy Art Exhibitions. He participated in the and the 2nd China Representative Calligraphers Exhibition (Tokyo), the National Invitational Exhibition of Famous Calligraphers' Works, and other events. He has won awards such as the "Outstanding Work Award" at the 3rd National Calligraphy Art Exhibition, the first prize at the National Hard Pen Calligraphy Exhibition, the 12th "Qunxing Award" from the Ministry of Culture, the Excellent Award from the China-Japan Cultural Exchange Association, and the French "Europe-China Cultural Exchange Ambassador Award." He has been invited to visit over 30 countries, including Japan, South Korea, Singapore, the United States, and France, for artistic exchanges. In 2000, he was honored as a "Dexianduan (Exemplary Moral and Artistic Virtue) Member" by the China Calligraphers Association.
