What does a normal vagina look like?

Patient's question:

A lump can be felt inside the vaginal opening, which is not smooth and feels bumpy. Is this normal? There are three small bumps (white) on the outside of the vaginal opening, and there is no sensation. Everything else is normal.
Thank you for the first follow-up question: Are the bumps normal? There is no sensation. Should they be treated? 27 years old
Thank you

Doctor's answer:

Hello, a normal woman's vagina is pink with some folds, connected to the uterus at the back.
Generally, a normal woman's vagina has no odor, with smooth skin surface, no bumps, no erosion. The vagina is usually covered with hair, appearing reddish-black, but different people have different conditions. Due to individual differences, each one has some small variations. The female vagina is moist, with transparent discharge that is colorless and odorless.
