Hello: Generally, candidal vaginitis will present with white discharge resembling curd or creamy clumps.Symptoms of Female Vaginitis Diseases:
1. Trichomoniasis
Symptoms: Increased white discharge, creamy or yellow in color, sometimes purulent, often foamy, with a foul odor. Severe cases may have bloody discharge, dysuria, pollakiuria, and hematuria.
Hazards: Can lead to trichomoniasis of the urethra, cystitis, and pyelonephritis. Since trichomonads can consume sperm, they may cause infertility and affect sexual life.
2. Candidal Vaginitis
Symptoms: Itching of the external genitalia, burning pain in the external genitalia and vagina. Increased white discharge resembling curd, sometimes accompanied by pollakiuria, dysuria, and dyspareunia. During gynecological examination, white membranous substances may be observed attached to the inner side of the labia minora and vaginal mucosa. After removal, a red and swollen mucosal surface is revealed. In acute cases, eroded areas or superficial ulcers may be visible.
Hazards: Difficult to cure, prone to recurrence, may lead to premature birth, fetal infection, and congenital deformities.
3. Cervical Erosion
Symptoms: Caused by chronic cervicitis, with abundant white discharge, yellowish and purulent or yellow in color. Lower abdominal or vaginal itching, poor appetite, fatigue, and pallor. Depending on the extent of erosion, it can be classified as mild, moderate, or severe.
Hazards: May cause vaginal adhesion, vaginal or uterine abscess.
4. Non-Specific Vaginitis
Symptoms: A sensation of heaviness in the vagina, burning pain, accompanied by pelvic discomfort and systemic fatigue. Increased vaginal discharge, purulent or serous in nature, with a foul odor. Due to the irritation of the urethral opening by secretions, it may cause pollakiuria, dysuria, and dyspareunia.
Hazards: May lead to vaginal
