After the crowd, go for a re-examination and found cervical erosion, what should be done

Patient's question:

After the miscarriage, a follow-up examination revealed cervical erosion (mild), and an ultrasound detected a small amount of fluid in the uterus and pelvis. I took several medications without knowing I was pregnant and didn't dare to keep the baby. Now that I've found out about these health issues, I'm very scared. Since my period hasn't arrived yet, the doctor prescribed Tiao Jing Bao Yun pills and Progesterone tablets. After taking these medications, how should I proceed with treatment, and which issue should I address first? Thank you.
Past Treatment and Effectiveness: Before the miscarriage, cervical erosion (mild) was detected. Physical therapy was administered for three days before the surgery. During this follow-up examination, the erosion area had shrunk, and leukorrhea had also reduced.
Help Needed: Which issue should I address first to avoid affecting future attempts to conceive?

Doctor's answer:

There is no longer a diagnosis of cervical erosion. One week after an abortion, when you go to the hospital for a follow-up ultrasound, it is recommended to have a cervical TCT to rule out cervical cancer. If there are no abnormalities, it is advised to wait and see. Cervical erosion is classified into degrees 1, 2, and 3. If your cervical erosion is severe, and you are a married woman who has already given birth, and do not wish to have a second child, it is recommended to undergo laser treatment or LEEP treatment one month later. Cervical erosion can be treated with medications such as Xiaomi Shuan or Cervical Inflammation Kang Shuan. It is recommended to start medication three days after your period ends, with one week being a course of treatment. This should be repeated for three consecutive courses, which should basically cure the condition. Additionally, microwave treatment for cervical erosion is also very effective, and generally three treatments are sufficient to heal it. If necessary, it is best to visit the hospital for consultation and treatment. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
