Features: Some say: Scientific research is about exploring and discovering laws, while teaching research is about following and applying these laws. Since educational laws can be followed, we should seek them out. People have different understandings of scientific research. Some believe it is grand and theoretical, not withstand the test of practice. However, through five years of exploration and practice, our teachers have truly felt that scientific research is not far from them, and that it is right around them. They have experienced the joy of research in their work. Research allows teachers to view educational issues from a new perspective, enabling them to continuously seek suitable teaching methods for students. Therefore, teaching work is full of challenges, with every day being new rather than repeating what has already been done. Through research, teachers have found effective ways for their professional growth. In their research, they have learned new ways of thinking, how to accumulate materials, analyze data, and write case studies. They have also learned to express their educational philosophies. Although they may seem ordinary among others, their students can see their extraordinary qualities. Although they put in more hard work than others, they experience fulfillment and joy in their work. Although their work may not show immediate advantages in the short term, their and their students' development is sustainable.
