Does vaginitis cause urinary tract infections?

Patient's question:

Discovered vulvar itching and urinary tract infection. Taking Sanjin tablets helped, but it recurred after a while. Went to the doctor who said there was GM and severe vaginitis. Had another laser treatment and used anti-inflammatory solution for a week. Recently, there has been recurrent urinary tract infection. Went to the hospital for a urinalysis. The doctor prescribed some medication. The test results were: white blood cells; 15 cells/hl, nitrite - , protein - 0g/l, pH 6.0, occult blood 1+ 25 cells/hl, specific gravity 1.020, bilirubin - , ketone - , glucose - .
Past Treatment and Effect: Had laser treatment, but it recurred.
Help Needed: Please advise on the urinary tract infection.

Doctor's answer:

Hello, conventional medications for treating vaginitis can only temporarily relieve symptoms and cannot (cure) them, making them prone to recurrence. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and Chinese herbal medicine have accumulated many unique and effective formulas through long-term clinical practice. It is recommended to use traditional Chinese herbal medicine in combination with treatment, which can produce rapid results and proven efficacy, quickly relieving itching and eliminating odor, and has cured many patients. A well-formulated herbal prescription can rapidly clear out old, shed cells and stagnant blood that have accumulated in the uterus and vagina for a long time, remove toxic residues from the endometrium and vagina, eliminate the source of mold infections, and achieve comprehensive, clean, and environmentally friendly hygiene within the female reproductive system. This treatment is highly effective for vaginitis. We hope for proper treatment and a speedy recovery.
