Doctor's answer:
Pregnant women should not use tetanus toxoid, and human tetanus immune globulin can be used as an alternative to tetanus toxoid. I don't know which one you were injected with. Pregnant women can take cephalosporin drugs. You don't know if you are pregnant now, but even if you had intercourse on the 16th and became pregnant, the impact is likely to be minimal, as the effect of the tetanus shot would have largely ended by the time the fertilized egg implants. In general, under such circumstances, we recommend waiting at least 3 months before having a child, as sperm formation takes 3 months. However, the child may not be deformed. You can have regular prenatal check-ups to identify any issues and address them promptly. It is recommended to have both the triple screen and 4D ultrasound. The triple screen is done between 16-18 weeks, and the 4D ultrasound is done between 22-28 weeks.
