Features: Since ancient times, Sichuan has been renowned as the "Land of Abundance," boasting rich produce, beautiful mountains and rivers, picturesque scenery, and a gathering of outstanding talents—truly a place where people and land are in harmony. Sichuan is home to numerous scenic spots, such as Jiuzhaigou, Dujiangyan, Qingcheng Mountain, Mount Emei, and the Leshan Giant Buddha, which have long been celebrated overseas and worldwide. Beyond these well-known attractions, scenic spots can be found throughout the province, including remote areas, each with its own unique charm. Like famous landmarks, these lesser-known sites have also attracted the attention of scholars and poets, leaving behind many poems and songs that enrich their cultural significance. However, due to various reasons, many attractions in cities and counties remain unknown both domestically and internationally, which clearly hinders the further development of tourism in our province. This book selects over 300 poems from the Sui, Tang, Song, and Qing dynasties, arranged by scenic spots within cities and counties, accompanied by concise annotations. At the end, there is a brief biographical sketch of the poets.
