1. This dictionary uses the name of tax practical writing as the term. For polysemous terms, explanations are provided in (1), (2), (3) for tax practical writing, and terms unrelated to tax practical writing are not explained.
2. All terms are arranged in 5 categories based on their nature: general tax writing, promotional writing, daily writing, tax management writing, and legal writing. Terms of the same category are grouped together, with major categories listed first and subcategories following.
3. For each major category of writing style, a general definition is provided first, followed by an explanation of its scope of use, structural characteristics of the text, and key points to note when writing such documents. Finally, the classification is introduced. Terms for subcategories are selected based on their actual usage frequency in tax departments. In addition to explaining definitions and highlighting structural characteristics, these terms also include sample texts and brief analyses of the samples.
4. The main text is preceded by a term directory and followed by a stroke index. The stroke index is arranged in order of the number of strokes in the first character of the term. If the number of strokes is the same, they are arranged by stroke type in the order of horizontal (—), vertical (), oblique (), dot (), and hook (). For terms with the same first character, the second character is arranged by the number of strokes and stroke type, and so on.
5. The main text is followed by 20 appendices, including the "Measures for the Administration of Official Documents of National Administrative Agencies" issued by the State Council in August 2000, the "Implementation Measures for the Humanistic Administration of National Taxation Bureaus" issued by the State Administration of Taxation in 2004 (with a subject word list attached), explanations of common tax application terms, the use of numbers in publications, the use of punctuation marks, and common symbols for revising articles, for reference by readers.
