In the book, he highly praises Galanz and points out the fundamental reasons why Galanz has driven out General Electric, Philips, Samsung, and LG from the microwave oven market. Currently, Galanz has established strategic cooperative relationships with global renowned companies such as Walmart, Carrefour, Tesco, General Electric, and Samsung. More than 100 world-branded products are either manufactured or co-manufactured by Galanz, and almost all Fortune 500 companies have visited Galanz for learning. Now, the industry widely acknowledges: Galanz's greatness does not lie in its strategy or management, but in the spirit of Galanz people. Additionally, when Galanz people go outside, they "don't need to try out for jobs," which is the industry's most direct affirmation of Galanz people. Galanz people are the top-class employees in the industry. We thank the Galanz people for contributing a tremendous spiritual wealth to society while earnestly running their business. In a sense, the spiritual wealth created by Galanz is more valuable and has a more profound impact than the material wealth it has created. China currently lacks many resources, only people. If every employee in the business community can be supported by a spirit, and every entrepreneur can share the same pride as Liang Zhaoxian, then while strengthening the strength of Chinese enterprises, they can also compete globally.
