Features: Since its publication, the "Civil Case Handling Manual" has been well-received and recognized by a broad readership. At the same time, to meet the practical needs of case handlers in the new era, we have continuously revised and improved this book, striving to make it innovative in both content and layout, ensuring it remains a convenient, practical, and ever-updated case-handling reference tool. The main difference between this book and general legal compendia is:
1. Clear and logical structure, reasonably decomposing legal documents to suit practical case-handling needs. The content is divided into two main parts: the Case Type Compilation and the Procedure Compilation. The Case Type Compilation is based on and follows the "Provisional Regulations on the Classification of Civil Case Types" issued by the Supreme People's Court, and decomposing legal documents such as laws, regulations, judicial interpretations, and departmental rules, and arranging them under the corresponding case types. The Procedure Compilation is based on the "Civil Procedure Law" and decomposing legal documents, arranging them under the corresponding procedures.
2. Concise and precise explanations, with brief yet comprehensive descriptions. All case types and procedures are explained in detail. The Case Type Compilation includes all four parts, fifty-four categories, and 300 case types, while the Procedure Compilation covers four parts and 29 procedures.
3. Comprehensive legal coverage, with a typical case index to provide full guidance for case handling. The book compiles nearly 900 legal, regulatory, and interpretive documents related to civil case handling. Additionally, 430 typical cases are selected from the "Supreme People's Court Bulletin" and "Selected Judgments of People's Courts" (published by Legal Publishing House, provided by provincial high courts), indexed, and compiled to offer guidance for handling similar cases.
4. Free companion CD with new law updates for convenience and practicality. The CD includes complete legal documents, complementing the book's innovative layout and allowing direct download and printing.
