Patient's question:
During pregnancy, the doctor told me I was a bit anemic, so they prescribed me Yangxue Koufuye (Blood-Nourishing Oral Liquid). Later, after an examination, it was found that the fetus was not doing well, and the doctor recommended a termination. Today is exactly one month after my abortion. I would like to ask the following:1. Can I still take Yangxue Koufuye now?
2. What kind of impact will riding a bicycle have on my body one month after an abortion?
3. What is the easiest time to get pregnant? Thank you!
First follow-up question: Thank you for the answer from Dr. Aoxiang Tiankong. However, I would also like to ask how to calculate the female ovulation period. Can you please explain?
Doctor's answer:
The fertile period is the easiest time to get pregnant. A normal fertile woman menstruates once a month. The period from the start of one menstrual cycle to the first day of the next is called one menstrual cycle. From the perspective of contraception, a woman's monthly menstrual cycle can be divided into the menstrual period, the ovulation period, and the safe period. Generally, women of normal fertile age release only one egg per month. After the egg is released, it can survive for 1 to 2 days. Sperm can survive in the female reproductive tract for 2 to 3 days, and their fertilizing ability is usually within 24 hours after ovulation. Sperm loses the ability to combine with an egg after 2 to 3 days. Therefore, sexual intercourse 2 to 3 days before and 1 to 2 days after ovulation can result in pregnancy, and this period is called the fertile period or the dangerous period. A woman's ovulation date is usually about 14 days before the next menstrual period. For safety, we consider the 5 days before and the 4 days after the ovulation day, including the ovulation day itself, as 10 days of the ovulation period. The rest of the time, except for the menstrual period, is called the safe period.
