Cervical hypertrophy, candidal vaginitis 1+ what is the matter

Patient's question:

All symptoms: Today's examination revealed that I have cervical hypertrophy and candidal vaginitis with a 1+ result. However, I don't have excessive leukorrhea, and there are no symptoms of external urinary difficulty. The only symptoms I have are bitter mouth, irritability, and the appearance of bruises and blue spots on my body. Athlete's foot has been present for 12 years.
Onset time and cause: No treatment has been administered.
Desired assistance: Could you please explain the cause of this condition, whether it requires treatment, and how it should be treated?

Doctor's answer:

Vaginal candidiasis is recommended to be treated first; this requires medication. There is no very effective treatment for cervical hypertrophy. Once the vaginal candidiasis is cured, cervical hypertrophy may be alleviated.
Recommendation: If you want to conceive, it is advised to first treat the vaginal candidiasis at the hospital before getting pregnant. Vaginal candidiasis is primarily caused by a weakened immune system or dysbiosis due to antibiotic use. Targeted antifungal medications are mainly used. Daktarin suppositories or clotrimazole vaginal tablets can be used for local vaginal medication treatment. It is better to conceive after the vaginal candidiasis is cured. For cervical hypertrophy, treatment is not necessary if there are no discomforting symptoms.
