It systematically introduces and elaborates on the development overview, basic tasks, main content, basic methods, practical effects of case examination business guidance, as well as several key relationships that need to be handled in the work. This book integrates theoretical depth, systematicity, and guidance, holding certain academic significance, and is believed to provide inspiration for disciplinary inspection and supervision departments.
For a long time, case examination departments at all levels, under the correct and strong leadership of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision and local disciplinary inspection and supervision organs, have adhered to Deng Xiaoping Theory and the Important Thought of "Three Represents" as guidance, demonstrating a high sense of political responsibility and a spirit of pragmatic innovation. They have fully fulfilled their duties in case examination, making significant contributions to the construction of a clean government and the fight against corruption. It is of great significance to well-summarize the successful experiences and specific practices of case examination departments at all levels in fulfilling their various responsibilities, and to promote the standardized, institutionalized, and theoretical development of case examination work.
Therefore, the 2005 National Annual Meeting of Disciplinary Inspection and Supervision Case Examination Work proposed the requirement to "summarize the beneficial practices and experiences of conducting business guidance in various regions and departments, compile them into a book, and form a body of achievements." Subsequently, under the direct leadership of Comrade Liu Fengyan, Secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, the Case Examination Office of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision regarded the compilation of books on business guidance as an important task for 2005 and 2006 and implemented it diligently. This book introduces the development overview of case examination business guidance; the significance of case examination business guidance; the basic principles, tasks, and main content of case examination business guidance; and the basic methods of case examination business guidance.
