Tomato and Onion Stir-Fried Fish Fillets
1 large tomato, half an onion, 300g fish fillets, 2 slices of ginger, 10g starch, 10g tomato sauce, 2g salt, 1g chicken essence, cooking oil, and sesame oil.
(1) Wash the tomatoes and onions, remove the skin, and cut them into small pieces. Slice the ginger.
(2) Wash the fish fillets, blanch them in boiling water for a moment, and set aside.
(3) Heat the cooking oil in a pan, add the onion pieces to stir-fry, then add the fish fillets and ginger slices to stir-fry quickly. Add the tomato pieces and seasonings to stew until well-seasoned, and finally add the starch to thicken the sauce. Serve with meals.

(1) Wash the beef, blanch it in boiling water for 3 minutes, then cut it into small pieces. Slice the ginger.
(2) Wash the Astragalus, Codonopsis, and Reishi, slice them, and place them in a cloth bag, tying the mouth tightly.
(3) Add an appropriate amount of water to a pot, add the beef, bring it to a boil, then add the herb bag, ginger slices, and jujubes. Continue boiling for 30 minutes, then switch to low heat and simmer until the beef is tender. Add salt to taste and serve. Serve with meals.
Beef is warm in nature and sweet in taste. It can tonify the spleen and stomach, enrich qi and blood, strengthen muscles and bones, and promote diuresis.
