Publish Date: 2006-03-01
Features: Since its publication in 1999, Economic Law Case Analysis has been well-received and loved by a broad readership. In recent years, driven by China's economic and social development, the construction of economic legal systems has also advanced further. To showcase the new civilization of economic legal systems, reflect new research findings in economic law, and provide readers with better case materials and resources for understanding, learning, and researching economic law, we have comprehensively revised the book Economic Law Case Analysis. Compared to the 1999 edition, the revised Economic Law Case Analysis has several notable features:
First, a more complete system. To align with the framework of the 21st Century Legal Series textbook Economic Law published by China Renmin University Press, in this revision, we have not only added and deleted chapters and cases but also selected cases that correspond as closely as possible to the textbook's structure.
Second, more comprehensive and representative cases. In this revision, we have added cases in the general theory section, state-owned enterprises, investment, state-owned asset management, and other areas. Furthermore, we have strived to reflect and introduce the core issues of relevant systems in each chapter through more novel, representative, and highly influential cases. As a result, in addition to retaining a few original cases, most of the cases in the revised edition are newly selected and written by the author.
Third, more in-depth legal analysis. After this revision, we have attempted to thoroughly and comprehensively analyze a legal system through a single case, enabling readers to gain a better understanding of these important legal systems' past, present, and future.
