Features: This standard replaces HG/T3553—1981 "Chemical Composition Analysis Methods for Synthesis Gas and Low-Temperature Shift Catalysts." Compared to HG/T3553—1981, the main changes are as follows:
---
- The standard name has been revised to: "Chemical Composition Analysis Methods for Low-Temperature Carbon Monoxide Shift Catalysts";
- The scope of the standard has been changed to: "Low-Temperature Carbon Monoxide Shift Catalysts";
- Safety precautions have been added;
- Some unit modifications have been made;
- The determination of the mass fraction of loss on ignition has been added (see Chapter 12).
This standard was proposed by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association. It is under the jurisdiction of the Chemical Fertilizer Catalysts Technical Committee of the National Fertilizer and Soil Conditioner Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC105/SC1).
The drafting units of this standard are: Nanjing Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. Catalyst Factory of Sinopec Group.
The main drafters of this standard are: Shi Yanfei, Gong Jianghua, and Lü Shuanyou.
This standard was first published in 1981 as a Ministry of Chemical Industry departmental standard, with the standard number HG1-1428—1981; it was converted into a recommended chemical industry standard in 1997, with the standard number HG/T3553—1981; and this is the second revision.
