The fundamental theoretical issue of "the structure of scientific problems" has been supplemented appropriately, with "solving rules" regarded as one of the basic elements of problem structure. The "general model of problem decomposition in scientific research" has been significantly revised and supplemented. The "evaluation of problem difficulty and value in science" has also been substantially expanded. Additionally, an appendix titled "Problemology and Systems Engineering Methodology" has been included.
