Features: The "Ann Township Chronicle" was compiled during the mid-Qing Dynasty. In terms of style, later generations praised it as "clearly divided and perfectly structured." In terms of content, its comprehensiveness is rarely seen in similar chronicles. It made great efforts to collect local poetry, inscriptions, and epitaphs, providing a relatively complete reflection of the region's cultural heritage as well as the economic and social conditions during the Ming and Qing dynasties. This offers valuable reference for studying the Jiangnan society of that time today.
