Features: Under the socialist market economy, how to delineate the respective scope of regulation for economic law, civil law, and administrative law is still a subject of debate. Even among the authors of this book, there are differing views. However, regardless of how it is, we share a common understanding: on one hand, we believe that due to various reasons, we cannot completely abandon the division of independent legal departments; on the other hand, we do not advocate a "one-size-fits-all" approach to the division of legal departments, recognizing some intersections between them. Meanwhile, we have also noted that many of the economic-related laws and regulations currently promulgated in our country are often comprehensive, potentially containing norms from different legal departments.
