Economic Law Case Analysis (Second Edition)

Author: Li Yanfang
Publisher:
Publish Date: 2006-03-01
Features: This book has a more complete system; more comprehensive and typical cases; and more in-depth legal analysis. Since its publication in 1999, Economic Law Case Analysis has been well-received and loved by a broad readership. In recent years, driven by China's economic and social development, the construction of economic legal systems has also advanced further. To showcase the new achievements in economic legal civilization, reflect the latest research findings in economic law, and provide readers with better case materials and resources for understanding, learning, and researching economic law, we have comprehensively revised Economic Law Case Analysis. Compared to the 1999 edition, the revised Economic Law Case Analysis has several distinct features:
First, the system is more complete. To align with the framework of the Economic Law textbook series published by China Renmin University Press for the 21st century legal curriculum, we have made additions and deletions in the organization of cases and chapters during this revision. Additionally, we have selected cases that correspond as closely as possible to the textbook's structure.
Second, the cases are more comprehensive and typical. In this revision, we have added cases in the general theory section, state-owned enterprises, investment, state-owned asset management, and other areas. Furthermore, we have strived to reflect and introduce the core issues of relevant systems in each chapter through more novel, typical, and highly influential cases. As a result, in addition to retaining a few original cases, most of the cases in this edition are newly selected and written by the author.
Third, the legal analysis is more in-depth. After this revision, we have attempted to comprehensively, meticulously, and deeply analyze a legal system through a single case, enabling readers to gain a better understanding of these important legal systems—both their past, present, and future.
