The first part is the physical diagnosis internship guide, which takes the content and methods of medical history inquiry, physical examination items, examination sequence, and techniques as the main line, gradually trains medical students' clinical thinking procedures through the identification of common clinical signs, combined with the steps of diagnosing diseases. The second part is the experimental internship guide, which is divided into eight chapters and basically covers all experimental content currently carried out in clinical practice. At the same time, open-ended and design-oriented experimental content is planned, and after-class exercises are included. Typical blood cell morphology and color photographs of commonly used instruments are attached at the end, allowing students to obtain intuitive perceptual knowledge. The compilers of this book have rich clinical, teaching experience, and professional knowledge. They have devoted a lot of effort in the writing process, but errors and omissions are inevitable. We sincerely hope that the will not hesitate to offer advice and corrections, so that they can be modified for the second edition.
