The "Forum" not only emphasizes theoretical exploration and research but also focuses on the practical application of relevant legal systems in real life. The third section of this volume of the "Forum" is "Law and Practice." This section selects three articles from the perspectives of corporate law and securities law practice, including "On American Securities Arbitration Awards and Remedies" by Associate Professor Ma Qiji of the School of Law at the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE), "Legal Protection of Creditors' Interests of Target Companies in Leveraged Buyouts" by Associate Professor Li Shen of the School of Law at UIBE, and "Research on Legal Issues of Special Purpose Companies in Foreign Countries" co-authored by Associate Professor Liang Qinghua of the School of Law at UIBE and PhD student Yuan Dujuan. "On American Securities Arbitration Awards and Remedies" provides a novel approach to resolving securities disputes in China, which is the arbitration method adopted by countries with well-developed foreign securities trading systems. This paper conducts an in-depth study of this method, aiming to serve as a reference for relevant Chinese authorities and researchers when designing China's securities arbitration system.
