Features: The Enterprise Accounting System Chapter General Provisions Article 1 To regulate the accounting and financial reporting of enterprises, and to provide true and complete accounting information, this system is formulated in accordance with the Accounting Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations of the state. Article 2 Except for enterprises that do not raise funds externally, have small operating scales, and financial and insurance enterprises, all enterprises established within the People's Republic of China (including companies, the same below) shall implement this system. Article 3 Enterprises shall formulate accounting methods suitable for their own operations based on relevant accounting laws, administrative regulations, and the provisions of this system, without violating the requirements of this system, and taking into account the specific circumstances of their enterprises. Article 4 Enterprises shall comply with the requirements of the Accounting Law of the People's Republic of China, the Basic Work Norms of Accounting, and the Accounting Archives Management Measures when filling accounting vouchers, recording accounting ledgers, and managing accounting archives. Article 5 Accounting and financial reporting should be based on the various transactions or events of the enterprise, recording and reflecting the enterprise's own production and business activities. Article 6 Accounting and financial reporting should be based on the premise of the enterprise's continuous and normal production and business operations. Article 7 Accounting and financial reporting should divide accounting periods, settle accounts and prepare financial accounting reports on a periodic basis. Accounting periods are divided into annual, semi-annual, quarterly, and monthly periods. Annual, semi-annual, quarterly, and monthly periods are all determined according to the Gregorian calendar. Semi-annual, quarterly, and monthly periods are collectively referred to as accounting mid-year periods. This book includes: the Accounting Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Chief Accountant, the Accounting Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Enterprise Financial Accounting Report, etc.
