It emphasizes the cultivation of students' awareness of economic law, knowledge of economic law, and legal application skills, while striving to make teaching organization more rational and student learning easier. As a result, this textbook has the following features:
1. It adopts the concept of "economic law," focusing on the introduction of economic law itself and its application, covering as many economic legal systems involved in corporate management activities as possible, and striving to reflect the latest legislative developments.
2. It fully considers the learning foundation and cognitive characteristics of students in management and economics disciplines, arranging the content of the textbook primarily based on the basic economic legal knowledge that managers should possess and specific professional needs. The book is divided into four parts and twenty-seven chapters:
- Part I: Principles of Economic Law introduces the basic knowledge of economic law, aiming to cultivate students' legal awareness.
- Part II: Basic Economic Legal Systems mainly introduces the legal provisions concerning market entities, market behavior, and basic rules of market transactions.
- Part III: Professional Economic Legal Systems arranges various single acts into groups based on their objects of regulation and their close relevance to certain disciplines. Each group specially selects 2-3 economic legal systems.
- Part IV: Legal Systems for Handling Rights and Interests Disputes briefly introduces the systems for resolving civil disputes between market entities and administrative disputes between market entities and administrative authorities.
3. While ensuring the scientificity, systematicity, and logic of economic law itself, it emphasizes the introduction of legislative overviews, rights and obligations provisions, and the handling of specific legal matters. This makes the textbook both a guide for further study of economic law and a handy reference for handling economic legal affairs.
