Features: This book is divided into five chapters: Chapter 1: Political Consciousness Innovation, Chapter 2: Political System Innovation, Chapter 3: Political Behavior Innovation, Chapter 4: Ethnicity and Political Civilization under the Western Development Strategy, Chapter 5: Western Religion and the Construction of Political Civilization. For the economic leapfrog development of the Western region, the construction of political civilization is a crucial guarantee. Without the development of political civilization as a safeguard, economic growth lacks a relaxed political and social environment. Therefore, the construction of political civilization in the Western region directly impacts the sustained and rapid economic growth of the region. More importantly, strengthening political civilization construction provides the institutional guarantee for the Western region to achieve leapfrog development. Institutions serve as the political guarantee for late-developing regions to achieve leapfrog growth. Over the past two decades, the severe lag in political system reform and institutional deficiencies have not only constrained the internal development momentum of the Western region but also subjected it to higher "innovation costs" compared to the developed eastern regions. The region has lost the institutional foundation necessary for leapfrog development and the robust socio-economic vitality it generates, which has become a limiting factor for Western development. Further deepening political system reform and establishing a comprehensive institutional system that can effectively gather development factors and fully leverage their driving role have become urgent requirements for the in-depth development of Western reform and modernization, as well as the comprehensive construction of a moderately prosperous society.
