Doctor's answer:

Pelvic effusion is divided into physiological effusion and pathological effusion. There are many organs in the pelvic cavity, which cannot be in a dry state under normal circumstances, so some effusion is a normal phenomenon. If a woman is in the ovulation period or menstrual period, the effusion may be slightly more. Pathological pelvic effusion is usually accompanied by abdominal pain and is commonly seen in pelvic inflammation, ectopic pregnancy, corpus luteum rupture, pelvic tuberculosis, and ovarian malignant tumors. If it is caused by pelvic inflammation, Huahong Pian can be taken for treatment. If there is excessive leukorrhea accompanied by vulvar itching, topical medications can be chosen, such as Jin Song Zhixiao Xiye, which is made of pure traditional Chinese medicines including Qianli Guang, Bai Xian Pi, Dàyè ànyè, Jinyinhua, Huangqin, Tufengliu, Shechangzi, Songye, and Gancao, and has the effects of antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and anti-itching.
