How is Polycystic Ovary Syndrome formed

Patient's question:

Only came once, came to the hospital to get a shot. At first, I thought it was a minor issue and didn't pay much attention. Later, when I turned 18, I could take menstrual regulation medication. If I took it, it would come, and if I didn't, it wouldn't. Later, when I went to the hospital for a check-up, I was diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). The doctor prescribed me Dian 35 to take. I took it for half a year. ```When I was taking the medication, everything was normal. Now that I'm not taking it, it doesn't come anymore. What should I do?
Past Treatment and Effect: It was normal when I was taking the medication, but it doesn't come when I'm not.
Help I Want to Receive: I've been married for 4 years and have always wanted a baby.

Doctor's answer:

Hello, some of this is congenital, and I recommend surgical treatment. Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common, complex endocrine and metabolic disorder in women of reproductive age. It is characterized by chronic anovulation (disruption or loss of ovulation function) and hyperandrogenism (excess production of male hormones in women). The main clinical manifestations include irregular menstrual cycles, infertility, hirsutism and/or acne, and it is the most common endocrine disorder in women. It is recommended that detailed regulation is necessary regardless of whether there are current fertility requirements, as it can not only maintain normal menstrual cycles but also benefit future conception.
