Their main research focuses on the transformation and management of organizations in the era of the internet economy, particularly highlighting new ideas and theoretical perspectives in organizational innovation such as the theory of organization and market, internal market theory, intermediary organization theory, and modular organization. This forms our own research characteristics and theoretical viewpoints. Here, we aim to comprehensively analyze and interpret the mainstream theoretical perspectives on the development of organizational theory since the 1990s and propose our own views, thereby constructing a theoretical system of organizational management with Chinese characteristics.
