3D color ultrasound, ultrasound suggests there are several abnormalities below

Patient's question:

2D color ultrasound, the ultrasound prompt sound has several abnormal items listed below. Are these problems serious? I searched on Baidu and it said something about congenital heart disease. The color ultrasound was done by 263. Is this child larger than normal? Besides that, can this report indicate if it's a boy or a girl? I heard people mention renal pelvis fusion, but it's not written on my report. It should mean it's not fused, right? Can a doctor explain this report for me?

Doctor's answer:

From this ultrasound, the child's size and growth development are normal. Generally, if the detailed ultrasound examination differs from the actual gestational age by no more than two weeks, it is considered normal. Additionally, the amniotic fluid, fetal heart rate, and placenta are also normal. The umbilical cord is wrapped around the neck once, which will not interfere with a normal vaginal delivery. Currently, the child is in a breech position, but as the pregnancy progresses, the position may still shift. From this fetal cardiac MRI, no significant abnormalities in the fetal heart were detected. Regular prenatal check-ups can continue as scheduled.
