Can a child still be taken after eating cephalosporin and other anti-inflammatory drugs?

Patient's question:

On October 13th, my period arrived around that time, but I'm not very clear about the exact date. Then today, after getting a color Doppler ultrasound, the results showed that the uterus is anteverted and reduced in size. Inside the uterus, there was a gestational sac measuring 2.2×1.3 cm, with a yolk sac echo, embryonic union, and a heartbeat. However, during the color Doppler ultrasound at the company's health check-up on November 6th, nothing was detected. Could you estimate the timing of fertilization? Is it possible that I only conceived in November? If it was in October, what date would that be? Is the gestational sac normal? I had severe coughing in between, and I didn't know I was pregnant. I took antibiotics like cephalosporin and amoxicillin. Is the child still viable?

Doctor's answer:

Generally speaking, around 50 days after conception, you should be able to see the fetal heartbeat and fetal bud on an ultrasound. Based on your description, if your menstrual cycle is estimated to be 30 days, you likely conceived at the end of October or early November. If you only took Cephalexin and Amoxicillin (Category B anti-inflammatory drugs) after conception, it should have absolutely no effect on the fetus. It is recommended that you undergo regular prenatal check-ups and closely monitor the situation.
