Is it because of the Chinese medicine for treating infertility?

Patient's question:

I am 25 years old, female. I have had allergic purpura for 8.9 years... It has recurred several times, with a two-year remission period in between, during which my urine protein and occult blood were occasionally elevated a few times. At first, I didn’t understand anything and kept taking prednisone, which caused me to gain weight from over 150 pounds to over 200 pounds, leaving stretch marks all over my body. In 2012, my condition was almost cured, and I got married. When applying for my maternity certificate, they said I had already given birth and refused to issue it—this was truly frustrating. Has anyone else had a similar experience? We’ve been married for a year, but haven’t been able to conceive. I went to a traditional Chinese medicine hospital for infertility treatment, but after starting the medication, purpura started appearing again on my legs. Each time, it was just a few small red spots—about 4 or 5—that would disappear and then reappear. Could it be due to the infertility medication? What kind of help do I need: Could it be due to the infertility medication?

Doctor's answer:

If allergic purpura occurs again, the first step should be to identify the underlying cause of the allergic purpura, or directly go to the hospital for an allergen test. Avoid allergens in daily life, and timely treatment should be administered to prevent the recurrence of complications. Generally, for redness, it may take about one to two weeks to subside, and it is also related to your physical constitution.
