Chapter 5, "Object Theory of Scientific Translation Criticism," dedicates significant to discussing the main objects of scientific translation criticism: translator criticism, process commentary, translation work criticism, and impact research. Examples are provided after each object of criticism for illustration. Chapter 6, "Methodology of Scientific Translation Criticism," is divided into two parts: "Principles of Translation Criticism Methodology" and "Specific Methods of Scientific Translation Criticism." Chapter 7, "Trend Theory of Scientific Translation Criticism," discusses the possible future directions of scientific translation criticism from four aspects: the broadening of the scope of criticism, the diversification of criticism methods, the modernization of criticism tools, and the humanization of criticism effects.
