Oral metronidazole 400mg can be taken 2-3 times a day for 7 consecutive days; or oral clindamycin 300mg can be taken twice a day for 7 consecutive days. 2. Local vaginal medication: Apply 2% clindamycin cream to the vagina, 5g each time, once a night, for 7 consecutive days.
