Latest Version of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test Question Tendency Countermeasures - 1, 2 Level Text and Vocabulary

Author: (Japanese) Matsuka Ryuji, translated by You Junui
Publisher:
Publishing Date: 2003-06-01
Features: On November 1994, the book "JLPT Question Setting Standards" was published. It is said that the actual JLPT questions are mainly based on this book. Although I can't say it's 100%, about 80% of the questions come from it. By studying past questions, it is found that the "Vocabulary" and "Grammar" sections are almost entirely covered by this book. "So, if you study this book thoroughly, won't that be enough?" In light of this, we published two books: "JLPT Question Tendency Countermeasures·Vocabulary" and "JLPT Question Tendency Countermeasures·Grammar." Basically, for the "Vocabulary" section, as long as you memorize Japanese dictionaries, it should be fine. However, even a dictionary for elementary school students contains nearly 20,000 to 30,000 words, which is far too numerous. Although there are various teaching materials and question banks, none of them are satisfactory. If you can know the characters and vocabulary that appeared in past questions and mock tests, it will not be difficult to grasp the key to learning. The vocabulary in the questions is selected from the "JLPT Question Setting Standards." By carefully analyzing past questions, it is not hard to see the test setters' thinking. Although it's not 100%, as long as you can answer 70% of the questions in this book, you will definitely pass the exam. That being said, almost all the questions in the "Vocabulary" section are character-based. As the author, I once had a hard time with characters, and I believe everyone has put in even more effort. However, I firmly believe that through this book, you can definitely master the key to learning characters.
