Features: The Legal Press has launched the "Classroom Test" series of teaching reference books for the 21st century, primarily for the following reasons: First, the current level of textbooks is generally average, and students can only superficially grasp the knowledge learned through textbooks alone. They need supplementary materials to reinforce their learning, and doing exercises is currently the most common and familiar review method for students. Second, there are few teaching supplementary exercise books for law in the market, mostly various examination exercises, which cannot meet the needs of students to immediately consolidate their knowledge after class. Third, various law-related examinations such as the Judicial Examination are major challenges for students in law schools. Currently, there are few teaching materials in the market that combine daily learning with the guidance of examination skills. The guiding philosophy of the "Classroom Test" series is to provide students with a comprehensive and systematic review of the knowledge learned in class after class, and to improve their skills for various law examinations, particularly the Judicial Examination, through practice. The target readers of the "Classroom Test" series are primarily undergraduate law students, while also catering to junior law students and self-taught students. The subjects of the "Classroom Test" series are mainly based on the requirements of the core law courses set by the Ministry of Education, with primary references to the syllabi of textbooks from the Legal Press, Peking University, Renmin University, and the Higher Education Press. Each chapter is divided into an overview, a knowledge framework diagram, analysis of key, confusing, and difficult points, and classroom test questions. At the end of the book, there are two sets of comprehensive test questions. The "Classroom Test" series is convenient for students to summarize key points and grasp the essentials, while also helping them consolidate classroom learning and improve examination skills. The "Classroom Test" series adopts a compilation method of categorizing and summarizing questions, as well as analyzing and evaluating them, striving to cover legal knowledge points to the greatest extent within the teaching framework. Most of the exercises are from past law examination questions, including self-study examinations, the Law Master Joint Examination, the Legal Examination, and the Judicial Examination. At the beginning of each chapter, an overview of the main content is provided, along with a knowledge framework diagram for that chapter. Meanwhile, key, difficult, and confusing points are selected as important areas for understanding, with detailed explanations of related questions and exercises. At the end of each chapter, there are case questions, which not only provide key answers but also offer detailed explanations of the case analysis approach, highlighting easily confused knowledge points and important considerations. Most of the exercises in the book are selected from past law examination questions, arranged in the order of teaching chapters, following the difficulty gradient of various examinations, and distributed under each chapter to form a sequence of exercises from easy to difficult. This allows students to encounter various examination questions from the beginning of their studies, subtly improving their examination skills.
