Features: Credit guarantee is an important component of the social credit system. The completeness of the social credit system directly affects whether the guarantee industry can develop healthily. The social credit system can be broadly summarized into three aspects: First is basic credit, which is based on personal credit and market transactions as the main body, with contracts as the (link) and integrity as the principle. A resource allocation mechanism guaranteed by credit; Second is institutional credit, which is based on legal systems, international practices, and business customs; Third is supervisory credit, which is based on government supervision and public administration as the main body. The 10 years of entrepreneurial practice of China Credit Guarantee Co., Ltd. (CCGC) is fundamentally a positive effort and beneficial attempt for the construction of China's social credit system. As the first national guarantee institution, CCGC has never stopped its exploration in business. The scale and income of guarantee business have maintained a rapid development momentum. In addition to maintaining a leading position in the scale of small and medium-sized enterprise guarantee business nationwide, commercial guarantee business has also developed rapidly. Since 2004, the company has achieved normal operations supported by guarantee business income. In 2005, the company completed a guarantee business scale of 6.03 billion yuan, of which 2.32 billion yuan was for small and medium-sized enterprises. For this second edition, we have combined the development of the guarantee industry both domestically and internationally, especially the new achievements in the three years of business exploration of CCGC, and made the following revisions and supplements in content: Reorganized the types of guarantee business and updated the latest data in the guarantee industry; Added introductions to the World Bank/GEF/China Energy Efficiency Promotion Project Phase II loan guarantee program, the current status of domestic engineering guarantee business, and the efforts of CCGC in promoting the construction of engineering guarantee systems; Adjusted certain chapters on "Information Management of Guarantee Institutions" in light of the development and practice of information management technology; Corrected relevant figures in the introduction to "CCGC's participation in the construction of Shanghai's small and medium-sized enterprise financing guarantee system" and added content on establishing a reinsurance system with the China Development Bank and Shanghai Bank.
