Chapter 5 discusses the impact of the e-commerce environment on corporate operations, as well as the content of corporate e-commerce operations. Chapter 6 introduces e-commerce and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange). Chapter 7 covers e-commerce security. E-commerce security differs from network security. While focusing on technical security, e-commerce security also emphasizes business and management aspects of security and control. Chapter 8 introduces internet banking and electronic money, primarily covering the content related to the capital flow in e-commerce. Chapter 9 discusses customer relationship management in the e-commerce environment. Chapter 10 covers supply chain and logistics management, which is the content of e-commerce logistics. Chapter 11 introduces the legislative aspects related to e-commerce. Chapter 12 covers e-commerce economics and the economics of e-commerce.
