Patient's question:
I have an itchy lower body, and my underwear is always yellow. What's going on? How do I read the ovulation temperature curve chart?Doctor's answer:
In the morning every day after waking up, do not get out of bed. It is best to measure your temperature with a thermometer at the same time and in the same place. Generally, women's body temperature is around 36.5 degrees before ovulation; during ovulation, the temperature slightly drops, usually by about 0.2 degrees, and then rises to around 37 degrees after ovulation, lasting until the next menstrual period, when it returns to the original temperature level. If you measure the basal body temperature for three menstrual cycles consecutively, you can accurately predict the ovulation date.
