Early pregnancy test does not show brown discharge, is it pregnancy?

Patient's question:

I have an itchy lower body, and my underwear is always yellow. What's going on? Also, if early pregnancy tests don't show any brown discharge, does that mean I'm pregnant?

Doctor's answer:

This month, my period only had a little brown discharge, and an early pregnancy test showed no pregnancy. After the period is delayed by one week, you can check the early pregnancy test paper to clearly determine if you are pregnant. Alternatively, you can check blood HCG 7–10 days after intercourse to confirm pregnancy. This is the most accurate and earliest method of testing. Since the accuracy of pregnancy test strips is not very high, they can only be used as a reference. A negative result does not necessarily mean you are not pregnant.
