How to use baking soda to rinse the vagina

Patient's question:

I have an itchy lower abdomen, and my underwear is always yellow. What's going on? How can I rinse the vagina with baking soda?

Doctor's answer:

The flushing solution can be prepared by mixing 10ml of sodium bicarbonate solution at a ratio of 2% to 4% with 500ml of normal saline or 500ml of warm boiled water, and the flushing should be appropriate. The use of a vaginal flush device should not be used for long-term purposes and requires use under the guidance of a doctor. Excessive amniotic fluid is often associated with abnormal fetal position, cord prolapse, fetal distress, and premature neonatal immaturity, and is also prone to fetal malformations. Excessive amniotic fluid is commonly seen in patients with fetal malformations, chromosomal abnormalities, twin pregnancies, gestational diabetes or diabetes combined with pregnancy, maternal-fetal blood type incompatibility, fetal edema, and idiopathic polyhydramnios (30% of the causes of excessive amniotic fluid are unknown). Patients with mild or moderate polyhydramnios generally do not require treatment and should continue pregnancy under close monitoring, with hospitalization necessary if needed. First, the cause of excessive amniotic fluid should be examined. If it is caused by fetal malformations, termination of pregnancy is sufficient. If the fetus is normal and the condition is chronic polyhydramnios, a low-salt diet and diuretics can be used to reduce the amniotic fluid. If it is acute polyhydramnios, the amniotic fluid can be reduced by draining it.
