Features: Birds in Pencil is a demonstration reader edited according to the needs of those learning to draw and the characteristics of flower-and-bird painting. The set consists of four volumes, collecting nearly one hundred common and rare birds with diverse postures and rich plumage. Each bird is drawn to its actual size, with its movements meticulously designed by experts who have long studied bird painting, using different lines to depict various poses. In terms of feather texture, the artist's technique has reached an extremely precise level, surpassing that of ordinary meticulous brushwork. At the same time, the artist places each bird in its ideal natural environment, making it highly lifelike. As a textbook for beginners, Birds in Pencil holds the greatest research value among similar painting books, and even artists working in other genres are likely to find inspiration in its techniques.
