Features: On October 27, 2005, the 18th session of the Standing Committee of the 10th National People's Congress revised and passed the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China." To facilitate the smooth implementation of the revised Company Law on January 1, 2006, the State Council promulgated the "Measures for the Administration of Company Registration in the People's Republic of China" on December 18, 2005. The book includes four parts: Part I is the legal text of the "Measures for the Administration of Company Registration in the People's Republic of China"; Part II is the interpretation of the "Measures for the Administration of Company Registration in the People's Republic of China"; Part III is the analysis of typical cases; and Part IV is relevant laws, administrative regulations, judicial interpretations, departmental rules, and regulatory documents. The content of this book is comprehensive, systematic, accurate, and practical. Based on the practical issues encountered during the drafting, revision, and deliberation process, the compilers have provided relatively comprehensive and accurate interpretations of the legislative intent and basic systems of each article of the "Measures for the Administration of Company Registration" in accordance with the "Company Law."
