Features: As the series is named "Studies on the Cultural Relationship between Fujian and Taiwan," it is, by definition, centered on culture as the subject and relationships as the entry point. Behind Fujian and Taiwan, it actually encompasses both sides of the Taiwan Strait, and the issues involved are not limited to cultural matters alone. The topics selected for the series include the National Social Science Research Program of China's "Nineth Five-Year Plan" major project "Studies on Regional Culture between Fujian and Taiwan," led by Professor Lin Guoping, the National Social Science Research Program of China's "Nineth Five-Year Plan" project "Studies on the Cultural Affinity of Literature and Art between Both Sides of the Taiwan Strait," led by Researcher Liu Denghan, as well as the Fujian Provincial Social Science Research Program of China's "Nineth Five-Year Plan" major project "Studies on the Cultural Relationship between Fujian and Taiwan," among others.
