How to give birth quickly

Patient's question:

I got married last year. Recently, I've been experiencing lower abdominal pain, especially during my period. I'm very worried about it affecting my fertility, and I'm also extremely sensitive to cold and coldness. How can I give birth quickly?

Doctor's answer:

Is the placenta mature? Both low amniotic fluid and placental maturity/aging can affect the fetus. If this is the case and delivery has not yet occurred, a C-section may be necessary. If the amniotic fluid is adequate and the placenta is not mature, there is no need for a C-section; waiting for a natural birth is the best option. Another factor to consider is whether the baby has engaged (entered the birth canal) and if there is a relative cephalopelvic disproportion. If this is the case, a C-section may need to be considered.
