Features: Faced with the new needs in the development of China's nursing industry, our edited textbook aims to make efforts in three aspects: First, according to the discipline system of nursing ethics, we will re-examine and determine the structural framework of the textbook, striving to focus more on the "care" aspect, and changing the previous flaws where similar textbooks merely repackaged and transplanted Medical Ethics without substantial improvement, making it a true "nursing ethics." Second, in the introduction and elaboration of the basic theories and principles of nursing ethics, we emphasize learning from international models in terms of expression, making the academic context more unified and standardized. The English expressions of relevant terms should also be annotated one by one for the readers' convenience. Third, in the application section of nursing ethics, we focus on addressing the new challenges faced by the development of our nursing industry. Issues such as health education and community nursing, patient satisfaction and nurse-patient communication, ethical requirements in nursing management, and the implementation of nursing moral evaluation should be introduced positively, combining the latest theoretical and practical achievements to enhance the textbook's practical guiding value in nursing practice. This book can serve as a textbook for undergraduate and vocational nursing students in medical colleges, as well as a continuing education resource for clinical nursing professionals.
