What is the reason for the baby's?

Patient's question:

I got married last year. Recently, I've been experiencing lower abdominal pain, especially during my period. I'm very worried about it affecting my fertility, and I'm also extremely sensitive to cold and coldness. Could you please explain why the baby's movements are very infrequent?

Doctor's answer:

If fewer than 3 times per hour, the measurement time needs to be extended to 6 to 12 hours per day. Reduced or stopped fetal movement may indicate that the fetus inside the uterus is experiencing hypoxia. If no fetal movement is felt within 12 hours, or fewer than 4 movements are felt within 1 day, or a reduction of more than half compared to the previous day, it is important to seek medical attention promptly. Generally, gestational age and estimated due date are calculated based on the last menstrual period, but calculating gestational age based on early pregnancy ultrasound results is the most accurate, and it can also roughly estimate the time of conception. The ultrasound examination on August 8th indicated a gestational age of around 10 weeks, suggesting a high likelihood of conception in early June.
