Patient's question:
Before New Year, the discharge was not good for examination, with mold. Medication was inserted, and medication was also taken. The discharge has improved. The menstrual period has been abnormal, with low volume and prolonged duration, intermittent for more than two weeks. Before menstruation, there is black discharge, vaginal pain, and it seems like there is a small amount of bleeding. Now, there is residue in the vagina, black in color, with a smell. There are also vaginal wall cysts.Doctor's answer:
In your case, it might be a fungal vaginal infection. Patients with fungal vaginal infection exhibit increased vaginal discharge, itching and burning sensation in the external genitalia and vagina, painful urination, and often redness and swelling around the external genitalia. The skin changes can vary widely; they may develop very superficial blisters and papules in clusters, or form eczema-like erosions that are confined to the external genitalia or extend to the perineum, around the anus, and into the groin folds, resembling acute or subacute eczema completely. The labia and the area near the clitoris may show thickened mucosa, with redness and erosion on the skin surfaces that are in contact. In some cases, it can cause small white pustules, and in severe cases, ulcers, pain in the external genitalia, and local lymph node enlargement. It can be treated with a solution of sodium bicarbonate, which may be somewhat effective.
