Is cohabitation during ovulation without a response a sign of infertility?

Patient's question:

Doctor: Hello!
1: My wife and I are living apart. During two ovulation periods, we did not take any contraceptive measures, but she did not get pregnant either time. Should we get checked?
2: My wife got the flu vaccine a few days ago. We will be reunited with each other in two months. Is it safe for her to get pregnant after two months? (Note: The second question appears to be a duplicate and has been repeated.)

Doctor's answer:

Hello, based on the first day of your menstrual period, count 7 days backward and 8 days forward for your safe period. The other times are your fertile period. This is a rough calculation method.
The more precise calculation method for the fertile period is: count 14 days backward from the next expected menstrual period, and then count 4 days forward. These ten days are your fertile period. So, if your menstrual cycle is 30 days, April 8th to 17th would be your fertile period. If you're planning to have a child, it's recommended to have intercourse every other day during the fertile period. After intercourse, you can place a pillow under your buttocks for about half an hour. This can help sperm enter the uterine cavity.
